Weekend Routines

Saturday edition: Many of us have trouble sticking with our goals on the weekend, especially when it comes to eating and moving well.

The reason is often because our weekend habits and routines are different than our week day routines. If you find yourself struggling to stay on point during the weekends, take a moment to assess where and how you could improve your weekend routine.
