The key to lasting change is to focus, from the start, on sustainability and longevity…not instant results. That's all there is to it.
Before starting any exercise, training, or food program, ask yourself "Can I honestly see myself still doing this in 6 months?" Your answer must be a hell yes or a hell no. No in-between. If it is a no, then don't settle. You'll save yourself so much frustration and discouragement if you're patient in finding something that meets your unique set of goals, dreams, and desires.
