Welcome to the Perfect Fitness Formula 10-Day
Become Your Own Success Story Challenge!
Ev here and thank you so much for signing up for my 10-Day Become Your Own Success Story Challenge. If you hadn't already noticed, I like to keep things simple so you may see this referred to as BYOSS.
Over the next 10 days, I have one goal and one goal only:
To show you what it takes to Become Your Own Success Story in your fitness, your health, and your life.
Ok fine. Two goals.
I also want to help you build up one of the most powerful forces known:
When you have momentum on your side, there is little that can stop you. This is physics, after all (e.g. an object in motion tends to stay in motion).
This is a tall order, I know. But since you're up for the challenge, you damn well know I am too.
You see, I developed something called the Perfect Fitness Formula. It wasn't something I set out to do but over the past five years as a humble student and servant to this fine field of fitness and nutrition I started to notice some patterns.
And when I picked my head up from the lens of fitness and nutrition, I saw that this formula was applicable to other areas of our lives as well. That's the point when I knew I must be on to something.
I wish I could say that the PFF was my "idea" but really it's an accumulation of everything I've learned from some of the best of the best.
So what is the Perfect Fitness Formula? Well, it goes a little something like this:
(Consistency + Persistence + Effort) * (Doing More of what works/Doing Less of what doesn't work) = Path to Success
Now, I get more into the nitty gritty of the equation in the video but if you're just reading this, the last thing you need is me piling on more and more information.
For now, just know that this handy little formula is the not-so-secret secret to lasting success in your fitness and nutrition goals.
And that's exactly what we're going to focus on for the next 10 days. I'm going to give you some of my best strategies and workouts that will set you up for success no matter where you are or what you have available to you.
I want to challenge what you think you can accomplish in 10 days and I also want to challenge your commonly held beliefs about what "success" looks like in your health and fitness.
So while we're waiting for the BYOSS Challenge to officially kick-off, here is your first assignment. I want you to figure out two things:
What do you want from this challenge?
And why is this important to you?
Simple questions, right? Maybe. But, maybe not.
That's why I've created a powerful exercise to make sure this hits home.
Your "pre-work" for this challenge is to read "The Present" (link below) and complete the "5 Whys" exercise.
Once you've finished reading and have completed the exercise, head on over to the Private Facebook Group, introduce yourself and let us all know why you're really here (and don't worry if you feel like you're wearing your heart on your sleeve - we're all in this together and I'll be sure to post my WHY in the group as well too!).
Remember, the challenge officially starts on [Insert Date Here]. Please reach out and connect with other BYOSSes and certainly don't hesitate to let me know if there is anything I can do to help.
On your side,
